Both holidays have always been popular. We solemnly commemorate the soldiers who live near us. With the words of gratitude for the victory in the Second World War, I appeal to you, dear veterans! I wish good health you and your family. Let fate gives you more than one peaceful and sunny spring. Your life was and always will be a bright example for young people, including the students of our University.
In these days of May, we pay tribute to soldiers, who did not return from the war and died after its completion. We remember the partisans; workers of rear and children of war. All, what they went through, hasn’t analogues in the history. I am sure that wise and patient Ukrainian people will continue the traditions of winners. Indeed, at the present stage of development of the country, such cohesion and unity of action is as important as during the years of war...

Dear participants of the liquidation of the accident’s consequences at the Chernobyl nuclear power station! Dear countrymen!
The Chernobyl disaster is one of the biggest and worst in the human history , man-made technological tragedy, which had happened twenty-seven years ago. Memorable, horrible events, that took place a quarter of century ago on the banks of the river Pripyat, would always live in our thoughts.
Firefighters, military men, people of different professions were directed to Chernobyl to overcome the accident’s consequences. These people showed a great example of heroism, selflessness and courage while struggling against liquidation of one of the biggest technological tragedy of the Planet. They didn’t spare their health and even lives for our happy future.
I bow to act of bravety and heroic work of ordinary people, who took up the challenge of this disaster, who sacrificed their lives and health for the sake of future generations.
I sincerely wish you, your families and relatives good health, optimism, family comfort, happiness, peace, kindness and harmony. Let’s human thanks for your good deeds always warms and inspires your souls and hearts!
On April, 24 Grygorii Kaletnik visited one of the enterprises – “Ukrainian Dairy Company”. The factory holds around 4 thousand cows with a daily milk yield of 28 liters per cow. Scientists of National University of Life and Environmental Sciences, and Vinnytsia National Agrarian Universityt, who work in the field of animal husbandry , had visited the enterprise and pointed on a high technological level of rearing livestock, milking and processing milk. Succulent, coarse and concentrated fodder of own production is used for feeding of cows. Milk reaches the storage tank only in 15-20 minutes after it was milked..JPG)
The Chairman of the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations Grygorii Kaletnik hold a meeting with the delegation of the Subcommittee on Agriculture Finance Committee of the Parliament of Finland.
During the meeting Grygorii Kaletnik noted that one of the priorities of the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations is to harmonize agrarian legislation ofUkrainewith the relevant EU laws....
On April 16, as a part of the working trip of the President of Ukraine to Vinnytsia region, Grygorii Kaletnik attended the meeting with the administrative and economic active members of the region. At the meeting were discussed the issues of the development of local government, improvement of the quality of administrative services, the introduction of reforms in some areas, modernization of business and the creation of appropriate conditions for entrepreneurs, which will provide income of investments to our country.
Grygorii Kaletnik told the newspaper "Real" about the wide transformations of the University, where he was elected as the president, about the involvement into a new union of French and German schools of biofuels , that the projected and estimated documentations for the building of the Sports Palace were prepared for 2.5 million UAH, that he doesn’t see any benefit from blocking of work of the Parliament , that for Vinnytsia it is enough to have 3 enterprises for the production of the spirit and others 11should be rearranged, also about how would he have rest, if he had for this some spare time.
Tendencies of the recent years indicate on gradual recovery of the agricultural sector in Ukraine. This was stated by the deputy, the member of the Parliamentary faction of the Party of Regions, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations Grygorii Kaletnik, during a plenary session of the Parliament on Wednesday, April 17.Rector Grygorii Kaletnik, who is the Head of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University since 2010, recently has been elected as the President of the University. The new position includes not so much a guidance directly of the university, as the coordination of a number of different organizations, that are reporting to several ministries and are combined in a cluster structure....
For to consider the issues connected with the regulation of milk prices, first of all it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that today the milk purchase price from the manufacturer (individual sector) is the lowest one and this fact undermines any motivation for keeping cows in households. That is confirmed by an annual decrease of number of cows to 80 thousand cows for a year.
The norms of existent version of the law on higher education are outdated, as they were adopted in 2002. That is why educational legislation in Ukraine needs reformation. In my opinion, the discussion on the development and adoption of a new law on higher education is politicized.
Yesterday, for participation in the session of the Parliament on Bankova Street registered 244 people’s deputies. Changing of the hall wasn’t conducted for unanimously voting for issues which were discussed on the agenda.
Proof of this is that not for all the draft bills we have received the required 226 votes "for". However, according to the results of discussion of the agenda, one draft bill was send to the Committee for preparation to the repeated first reading; another – was returned for revision to the subject of law of legislative initiative, and four draft bills – were completely rejected.

On March 26, at the conference of the working staff by the way of the secret voting Grygorii Kaletnik was elected as the President of the University .His candidacy was supported by 216 from 218 delegates who took part in the voting...

On March 18, 2013 in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine was conducted a joint session of the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations and the representatives of National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine.
In the meeting participated the deputies of Ukraine - Committee members, academics of NAAS of Ukraine and government of the State Agency of Land Resources of Ukraine.

Only in Ukrainian woman the wisdom is combined with strong character, tenderness with courage, lyricism with continual energy. You, present savers, can do everything. You sow the grain and foster the bread, govern big enterprises and create laws.
In the first day of spring a restaurant-hotel complex "Hostevia" gathered in its walls more than three hundred elegantly dressed guests. The sixth annual student ball was organized by the city government. Charming ladies in evening dresses and gallant cavaliers in their best suits whirled easily under the sounds of the Viennese waltz. The program of the evening included the tango, quickstep and more rapid variations of waltz.
Grygorii Kaletnik attended the first international conference on the theme: “Perspectives of the development of the seed industry of Ukraine, as a part of integration processes of the world economy. Today, on February 27th, 2013 the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations Grygorii Kaletnik at the invitation of American-Ukrainian business council, attended the first international conference on the theme: “Prospects of the development of the seed industry of Ukraine, as a part of integration processes of the world economy”. The perspectives of further development of industry and the ways of solutions of problems faced by seed producers in Ukraine were discussed during the meeting.
On February 27, 2013 the Committee conducted hearings on the topic "On legislative support to higher education development in Ukraine" during which were discussed the draft laws "On Higher Education", which were registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The co-author of one of the draft law is the peoples’ deputy Grygorii Kaletnik.
Hearings of the Committee "On legislative support to higher education development in Ukraine” were conducted in the Verkhovna Rada in on February 27, 2013. During hearings the draft laws "On Higher Education" were discussed. The people’s deputy of Ukraine Grygorii Kaletnik, who is a co-author of a draft law “On Higher Education”, took part in the occasion.Scientists, lecturers, public figures, students, presidents of higher educational establishments took part in hearings too.
During his speech at the session of the general meeting of NAASU, Grygorii Kaletnik drew attention of highly respected scientists on issues that are relevant today for both - agricultural science and agricultural education.

Meeting of the deputies of Ukraine and representatives from Vinnitsa region.Today, for the first time since the independence of Ukraine, was organized the meeting of the deputies - representatives of Vinnitsa region. During the meeting deputies decided to combine their efforts with the aim of socio-economic development of Vinnitsa region.
Official statement Due to the unconstitutional disruption of opening of the session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, I consider the acceptance of the salary by the deputies improperly. Therefore the accrued salary for two weeks I send to Dashkivska boarding school in Illinetskyi district.To save the villages from decline."With such rich resources of fertile lands we have all opportunities to realize a proper development of rural areas and essentially improve way of life of their inhabitants."
The deputy Grygorii Kaletnik together with the scientists of Vinnitsa National Agrarian University elaborated a program for the development of rural land. For its realization in each of the 27 districts of Vinnytsia region will be created training and practical Extension Centers. The first two were presented on the basis of Colleges of Vinnitsa National Agrarian University in Mohyliv-Podilskyi and Nemyriv.

Ukrainian parliamentarians also stand for natural milk, sour cream and kefir. With the help of a special law people’s deputies advice to separate milk products from the products with milk content which include vegetable oil.
