The Chairman of the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations visited an agricultural enterprise “Ukrainian Dairy Company”

On April, 24 Grygorii Kaletnik visited one of the enterprises – “Ukrainian Dairy Company”. The factory holds around 4 thousand cows with a daily milk yield of 28 liters per cow. Scientists of National University of Life and Environmental Sciences, and  Vinnytsia National Agrarian Universityt, who work in the field of animal husbandry , had visited the enterprise and pointed on a high technological level of rearing livestock, milking and processing milk. Succulent, coarse and concentrated fodder of own production is used for feeding of cows. Milk reaches the storage tank only in 15-20 minutes after it was milked. Then milk is cooled to the temperature of 3 degrees Celsius. This highly technological process of milking and cooling of milk allows to produce not only sour cream, butter, ice-cream but also milk products for babies of high quality.

Grygorii Kaletnik pointed on that the Committee of Agrarian Policy and Land Relations will support such enterprises. The Committee will initialize the implementation of changes to the state budget that would provide incentives and stimulations for such producers.

 


At the end Grygorii Kaletnik thanked the “Ukrainian Dairy Company” for the introduction of advanced technologies for livestock production in Ukraine.The fair is the statement of a question by the administration of  “ Ukrainian Dairy Company” and other enterprises that are engaged in the field of livestock production, concerning the legislative regulations of priority rights of long-term lease of agricultural land. The enterprises need this land for to produce fodder for livestock industry.
