On 1 October, during the meeting in the district, the deputy of Ukraine Grygorii Kaletnik visited department for single disabled people in Rososhyntsi. 
Recently, an actual question became the registration of inheritance, especially for people living in rural areas, as they have problems connected with the absence of notaries in rural areas; officials of local governments are limited in their actions with regard to inheritance registration. 
Grygorii Kaletnik proposes to Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to abolish fees for state registration of land. These include amendments to the Law "On State Land Cadastre" , which the Committee on the Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends to Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for approval in the first reading. If the new rules will come into effect, Ukrainian citizens will not have to pay for the submission of information to the State Land Cadastre of Ukraine.

On 30th August the solemn dedication of freshmen to university students took place in the main square of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University. Not only their parents and friends, but also entire university family friendly gathered on the occasion of the celebration.
On 27th August a Special Meeting of Founders of Educational- scientific-industrial complex "Allukrainian scientific-educational consortium " took place in Vinnytsia National Agrarian University. In the meeting, which was led by President of VNAU Kaletnik H.M. and Director of the Institute of bioenergy crops and sugar beet at National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine Royik M.V

On 30th July as a part of summarizing the results of socio-economic development of Lypovetska district for the first half of 2013 in the district House of Culture was held report meeting with Chairman of Regional State Administration Ivan Movchan, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Council Igor Krevskyi, their assistants, heads of departments, main offices, departments of state administration, territorial ministries, administration of central executive power and community of the region.
On 30th July a question of harvesting in Vinnytsia region was discussed with the First vice Prime Minister Serhiy Arbuzov and the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Land Relations Mykola Prysyazhnyuk.
On 22 July at 11:30 was conducted a conference in which participated the director of the Institute of bioenergy crops and sugar beets of NAASU Royik Mykola Volodymyrovych, vice-rectors, institute directors and deans of the faculties of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University; members of delegation from China, which consisted from Executive Director of “China-Ukraine International Engineering Association Limited” - Liu Huanlin, representative of Chamber of Commerce of Ukraine in Republic of China - Viktor Tanasiichuk, corporation director Kem Chaina, member of Association – Zhang Hao and General director of Xinijang Corporation Tian Ie Huang Yaosin. During the meeting to the guests from China was presented a pilot project in the form of Ukrainian Scientific, Education and Research Consortium.
Today begins the next phase of parliamentary debates concerning cancellation of the people’s deputies’ benefits.
Some MPs propose to adopt a law on the abolishment of benefits, others - publish information on that they don’t use official delegation halls and trip tickets to the Verkhovna Rada sanatorium.

Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations - Grygoii Kaletnik talked in TV program "Personal View" about the development of the agro-industrial complex in the context of branch science.
"The only stable working branch in Ukraine - is agricultural complex, which is the least sensitive to various crises, including the financial world crises, which reached Ukraine in 2009. Agricultural complex works successfully and has perspectives. Moreover, it gives people employments, jobs and fills the budget ", - commented on Grygorii Kaletnik.

In these days of May we celebrate two family holidays - Mother's Day and an International Day of Families, which appeared because of our great love and gratitude to people who gave us life. Family, absorbing in itself the historical experience of all previous generations, has always been a core of maintaining of spiritual and cultural traditions of the nation. The child receives the first lessons of love to father and mother and homeland only in family. This is a basis of public morality and supreme law. For each of us there is nothing more sacred than image of mother. Mother is a gentle keeper of the family and father is her strong and reliable support. These high qualities laid in the family. Good advices and wise parental guidelines keep the world.
Let these holidays will bring all us continuation of large family happiness. Let in our families will always predominate love, patience and respect to each other!
According to my opinion, in recent years in Ukraine appeared judicial persons of agrarian direction, who found a way for minimization of their participation in the process of formation of the state budget.
Besides, legislative possibility of registering of entities (or subjects) of economic activity, independent from the location of an enterprise, forms the picture of local incomes. So, at the present time exists legislative regulation of these issues.
Soon I will register appropriate draft laws.

Two holidays came to us almost simultaneously in the current May – Resurrection of Christ and Victory Day. Both of them are symbols of saved life, rebirth, hope for the future and faith in better for all of us. The light of Easter, as well as light of the Victory Day, is independent from time. Both holidays have always been popular. We solemnly commemorate the soldiers who live near us. With the words of gratitude for the victory in the Second World War, I appeal to you, dear veterans! I wish good health you and your family. Let fate gives you more than one peaceful and sunny spring. Your life was and always will be a bright example for young people, including the students of our University.
In these days of May, we pay tribute to soldiers, who did not return from the war and died after its completion. We remember the partisans; workers of rear and children of war. All, what they went through, hasn’t analogues in the history. I am sure that wise and patient Ukrainian people will continue the traditions of winners. Indeed, at the present stage of development of the country, such cohesion and unity of action is as important as during the years of war...

Palm Sunday - is a popular name of a great religious holiday - Entry of the God into Jerusalem.
Willow in Ukraine, replaced the symbolic palm branch, by which people welcomed Christ in Jerusalem. Sanctified willow is an indispensable attribute of Palm Sunday.
This is next to last week of Lent term. The next one is Holy Week. We all need strength and courage for to prepare for the greatest holiday - Easter.

Dear participants of the liquidation of the accident’s consequences at the Chernobyl nuclear power station! Dear countrymen!
The Chernobyl disaster is one of the biggest and worst in the human history , man-made technological tragedy, which had happened twenty-seven years ago. Memorable, horrible events, that took place a quarter of century ago on the banks of the river Pripyat, would always live in our thoughts.
Firefighters, military men, people of different professions were directed to Chernobyl to overcome the accident’s consequences. These people showed a great example of heroism, selflessness and courage while struggling against liquidation of one of the biggest technological tragedy of the Planet. They didn’t spare their health and even lives for our happy future.
I bow to act of bravety and heroic work of ordinary people, who took up the challenge of this disaster, who sacrificed their lives and health for the sake of future generations.
I sincerely wish you, your families and relatives good health, optimism, family comfort, happiness, peace, kindness and harmony. Let’s human thanks for your good deeds always warms and inspires your souls and hearts!
On April, 24 Grygorii Kaletnik visited one of the enterprises – “Ukrainian Dairy Company”. The factory holds around 4 thousand cows with a daily milk yield of 28 liters per cow. Scientists of National University of Life and Environmental Sciences, and Vinnytsia National Agrarian Universityt, who work in the field of animal husbandry , had visited the enterprise and pointed on a high technological level of rearing livestock, milking and processing milk. Succulent, coarse and concentrated fodder of own production is used for feeding of cows. Milk reaches the storage tank only in 15-20 minutes after it was milked..JPG)
The Chairman of the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations Grygorii Kaletnik hold a meeting with the delegation of the Subcommittee on Agriculture Finance Committee of the Parliament of Finland.
During the meeting Grygorii Kaletnik noted that one of the priorities of the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations is to harmonize agrarian legislation ofUkrainewith the relevant EU laws....
On April 16, as a part of the working trip of the President of Ukraine to Vinnytsia region, Grygorii Kaletnik attended the meeting with the administrative and economic active members of the region. At the meeting were discussed the issues of the development of local government, improvement of the quality of administrative services, the introduction of reforms in some areas, modernization of business and the creation of appropriate conditions for entrepreneurs, which will provide income of investments to our country.
Grygorii Kaletnik told the newspaper "Real" about the wide transformations of the University, where he was elected as the president, about the involvement into a new union of French and German schools of biofuels , that the projected and estimated documentations for the building of the Sports Palace were prepared for 2.5 million UAH, that he doesn’t see any benefit from blocking of work of the Parliament , that for Vinnytsia it is enough to have 3 enterprises for the production of the spirit and others 11should be rearranged, also about how would he have rest, if he had for this some spare time.
Tendencies of the recent years indicate on gradual recovery of the agricultural sector in Ukraine. This was stated by the deputy, the member of the Parliamentary faction of the Party of Regions, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations Grygorii Kaletnik, during a plenary session of the Parliament on Wednesday, April 17.Rector Grygorii Kaletnik, who is the Head of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University since 2010, recently has been elected as the President of the University. The new position includes not so much a guidance directly of the university, as the coordination of a number of different organizations, that are reporting to several ministries and are combined in a cluster structure....For to consider the issues connected with the regulation of milk prices, first of all it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that today the milk purchase price from the manufacturer (individual sector) is the lowest one and this fact undermines any motivation for keeping cows in households. That is confirmed by an annual decrease of number of cows to 80 thousand cows for a year.
The norms of existent version of the law on higher education are outdated, as they were adopted in 2002. That is why educational legislation in Ukraine needs reformation. In my opinion, the discussion on the development and adoption of a new law on higher education is politicized.
Yesterday, for participation in the session of the Parliament on Bankova Street registered 244 people’s deputies. Changing of the hall wasn’t conducted for unanimously voting for issues which were discussed on the agenda.
Proof of this is that not for all the draft bills we have received the required 226 votes "for". However, according to the results of discussion of the agenda, one draft bill was send to the Committee for preparation to the repeated first reading; another – was returned for revision to the subject of law of legislative initiative, and four draft bills – were completely rejected.
I congratulate all Christians of the western rite with Easter! Easter is a symbol of mental clearing and victory of life. Christ's Resurrection joins us with faith, hope and love. In connection with the change of the structure of our University was introduced a new position - President of the University with preserving of the post of rector of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University
On March 26, at the conference of the working staff by the way of the secret voting Grygorii Kaletnik was elected as the President of the University .His candidacy was supported by 216 from 218 delegates who took part in the voting...

On March 18, 2013 in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine was conducted a joint session of the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations and the representatives of National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine.
In the meeting participated the deputies of Ukraine - Committee members, academics of NAAS of Ukraine and government of the State Agency of Land Resources of Ukraine.
