The people’s deputy of Ukraine Grygorii Kaletnik, who was elected by the majority system from the 18th electoral district and represents interests of his voters noted: "Constantly, every free day from the plenary sessions,I am working in the district, meeting with collective of schools, kindergartens, hospitals with citizens by the place of their living. In 2012, during the election campaign, voters told me: "We will vote for you and support only when you leave the Party of Regions."

I replied them that it is the most numerous political force that is not only endowed with high powers, but also has an impact on a such decision-making. So being in this faction I will be able to defend appropriate solutions for socio-economic development of local communities of the 18th electorall district, as well as to promote voting in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine parliament bills that will solve the problems of ordinary people, citizens of Ukraine.

Reporting to my voters, I proved to them in details the essence of all legislative changes that I have managed to hold. For example, the ban on the sale of land, norms of the law on the land market, according to which subject of the buying of Ukrainian land is determined by an individual - the citizen of Ukraine, the purchase prices for milk in population and agricultural enterprises, simplifying of the procedure for acquiring heritage and a number of other bills aimed at the development of small and medium agribusiness and protection of national domestic producers and the development of private farms, individual households, development of rural territories, especially in rural infrastructure. "

The absence of party bias in legislative activities is supported by the fact that the people’s deputies from all parliamentary factions (opposition and pro-government) voted on his bills.

The people’s deputy emphasized that he took part in the elections as the law that allowed the majority system had appeared. By self-nomination he was registered as a candidate from the deputies who were elected by the majority system. He also openly told about his position during the elections, meaning that he did not want to hide in party lists. He has his own point of view and it is not always the same as the party has. And this is what gives him the right, in any case, be accountable only to his voters, not to party lists.

Grygorii Kaletnik expressed: "The decision to withdraw from the Party and faction the Party of Regions I have made by my own, making sure that lately, during all meetings of the faction party leaders, officials of ministries and departments didn’t not listen and did not react to those negative trends that have developed in the society, that were caused by bribery, contempt, very high taxes, rudeness, callousness and raiding. I am sure that 90 % of the problems and troubles in the country have created a bureaucratic exactly the executive branch of power.

He also noted: "I’ve made this decision deliberately. So now, despite the persecution of pro-government deputies, I am not afraid to work in the session hall with the colleagues from all political parties in making vital decisions for Ukraine. Now it is very important to stabilize the situation, to ensure peace and protection of the constitutional rights of all citizens of Ukraine, to restore the activity of state bodies, to preserve peace and tranquility in Ukraine, because that is what will be the basis for economic development of the country. And the economy will provide jobs, wages, pensions, scholarships and other forms of financing, without which it is impossible to talk about a real life. So may God prosper us!
