"Our universities are not so famous as Yale or Harvard. The presence of a state diploma means that the country supports a minimum level of higher education, "- noted Grygorii Kaletnik.
According to his words, it is necessary for higher educational institutions to work under improvement of their reputation. "The diplomas issued with the stamps should be based on high quality of education provided by the university," - concluded the people's deputy.
We remind that according to the opinion of the President of NTU "KPI" Mikhailo Zgurovskyi and the Chairman of the Committee on Science and Education Liliya Hrynevych, universities should give a possibility to issue their own diplomas, as it will put the responsibility for the quality of the provided education on them.
