On 20th December, 2013 Igor Kalietnik, the First Deputy of Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, visited Vinnytsia National Agrarian University.
On 18th December, 2013 the Chairman of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations Grygorii Kaletnik took part in the session of the General Assembly of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, which was held at the Institute of bioenergy crops and sugar beets.
On 6-7th December, 2013 President of All-Ukrainian scientific-educational consortium, President of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University, an academician Grygorii Kaletnik visited The Slovak Agricultural University in Nitra.

On 2-nd December, 2013 at 13 p.m. the people’s deputy of Ukraine Grygorii Kaletnik attended a rehearsal of children’s choir of Spaso-Preobrazhenskiy Cathedral.
On 19th November, Grygorii Kaletnik took part in a roundtable on the item "The agricultural sector of Ukraine on the way to European integration". This meeting was held in the Parliament of Ukraine, it was headed by the People's Deputy of Ukraine, co-chair of MAO "European choice" Anatolyi Kinah.
On 15th November, 2013 Grygorii Kaletnik participated in a meeting of Ukraine Heroes in the field of agriculture.

On 13th November , 2013 Grygori Kaletnik together with 15000 student family of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University (VNAU) celebrated the professional holiday - Day of Agriculture.
On 8th November, 2013, in the day of the great religious holiday - Day of Demetrios Solunskyi, was consecrated the crosses and bells for the church bell in honor of the Ecumenical Teachers and Hierarchs: Vasyl Velykyi, Grygorii Bohoslov and Ioan Zlatoust, based at the territory of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University (VNAU).

On 5th November, 2013 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Law" On State Land Cadastre" concerning the abolishment of payment for excepting of information into the State Land Cadastre and changes to them, "Reg. Number 3061, author Grygorii Kaletnik.
On 4thNovember, 2013 Grygorii Kaletnik held a meeting with a highly respected guest, rector of the Slovak Agricultural University (Nitra, Slovakia), President of VF Peter Belik.

On 30th October, 2013 Grygorii Kaletnik visited the University of Donja Gorica (Podgorica, Montenegro) (hereinafter - UDG), were he got acquainted with the educational and scientific base, the main directions of development and history of the private university.

Recently, an actual question became the registration of inheritance, especially for people living in rural areas, as they have problems connected with the absence of notaries in rural areas; officials of local governments are limited in their actions with regard to inheritance registration. 
Grygorii Kaletnik proposes to Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to abolish fees for state registration of land. These include amendments to the Law "On State Land Cadastre" , which the Committee on the Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends to Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for approval in the first reading. If the new rules will come into effect, Ukrainian citizens will not have to pay for the submission of information to the State Land Cadastre of Ukraine.

On 30th August the solemn dedication of freshmen to university students took place in the main square of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University. Not only their parents and friends, but also entire university family friendly gathered on the occasion of the celebration.
On 27th August a Special Meeting of Founders of Educational- scientific-industrial complex "Allukrainian scientific-educational consortium " took place in Vinnytsia National Agrarian University. In the meeting, which was led by President of VNAU Kaletnik H.M. and Director of the Institute of bioenergy crops and sugar beet at National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine Royik M.V

In our hearts the August’s blueness of sky and gold of wheat fields blend with colours of Ukrainian statehood into the symbol of freedom and love to the Native land.
This holiday fills with awareness of our own participation in the development of Ukraine, as each of us with daily hard work establishes independence - creates it’s contemporaneity and future.
On the Day of Independence of Ukraine I wish you to be worthy of our historical glory and great future. I sincerely wish you and your families strong health, happiness, inspiration, peace,harmony, fruitful work for the benefit of Ukraine and our talented and hard-working people!
On 30th July as a part of summarizing the results of socio-economic development of Lypovetska district for the first half of 2013 in the district House of Culture was held report meeting with Chairman of Regional State Administration Ivan Movchan, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Council Igor Krevskyi, their assistants, heads of departments, main offices, departments of state administration, territorial ministries, administration of central executive power and community of the region.
On 30th July a question of harvesting in Vinnytsia region was discussed with the First vice Prime Minister Serhiy Arbuzov and the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Land Relations Mykola Prysyazhnyuk.
On 22 July at 11:30 was conducted a conference in which participated the director of the Institute of bioenergy crops and sugar beets of NAASU Royik Mykola Volodymyrovych, vice-rectors, institute directors and deans of the faculties of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University; members of delegation from China, which consisted from Executive Director of “China-Ukraine International Engineering Association Limited” - Liu Huanlin, representative of Chamber of Commerce of Ukraine in Republic of China - Viktor Tanasiichuk, corporation director Kem Chaina, member of Association – Zhang Hao and General director of Xinijang Corporation Tian Ie Huang Yaosin. During the meeting to the guests from China was presented a pilot project in the form of Ukrainian Scientific, Education and Research Consortium.
Today begins the next phase of parliamentary debates concerning cancellation of the people’s deputies’ benefits.
Some MPs propose to adopt a law on the abolishment of benefits, others - publish information on that they don’t use official delegation halls and trip tickets to the Verkhovna Rada sanatorium.

Bearing in home sweet holy herb, we bring with it God's grace, peace, tranquility, harmony and understanding. Human hearts are filled with goodness, sincerity and forgiveness in this day.
